Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant at DLMDD, you’ll play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our London HQ. Your responsibilities will encompass administrative support, production coordination, and research assistance across DLMDD and Port and Starboard, our sister publishing company. You’ll work closely with the directors, production, and branding teams, as well as our partners, helping bring key projects to life for our clients and ensuring that the business runs as smoothly as possible.
This junior, entry-level position is ideal for an organised, music-loving individual with a genuine interest in brand and advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Administrative Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the company directors, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Assist in the organisation of key company events throughout the year.
- Provide filing and archival support, ensuring project paperwork is prepared and filed efficiently and accurately.
- Provide reporting support to finance, project teams, and Directors.
- Production & Branding Support
- Collaborate with the production and branding teams on active projects, contributing to seamless project delivery.
- Assist the Production Director with contracting and coordinating creative talent.
- New Business & Partnerships
- Support the Directors with research and insights, contributing to partnership growth.
- Creative and Technical Assistance
- Deliver and register works and copyrights with relevant publishers, ensuring intellectual property is correctly managed.
- Manage the administration of the composer relationships, and support the onboarding of new producers and engagement with the wider roster.
