NHS England encourages people to use the 111 online service for urgent and non-life-threatening medical concerns. This 40-second spot shows people whizzing through the streets on armchairs, sofas and beds while they answer questions about their health.
Challenge
A campaign that needed a song to encourage the nation to dial 111 over the festive season if it’s not urgent. Still amplifying all the compassion, care and commitment that we know the NHS for, with a great little tune to deliver the message.
Approach
The creation and public release of a track by the award-winning singer songwriter Ben Cocks. The song was commissioned and developed to highlight the lighter side of the campaign creative, it’s a serious subject but it’s not 999 which allows the campaign films to be a little playful.
