The pandemic got us all....a little out of shape. Whilst some disciplined folk took to their exercise bikes, us mere mortals hit the real ales and a ton of gelato. The result - a few pounds piled on. We soundtracked PHE's drive to get the nation fit and firing again. And now we're in the best shape of our lives.
