Music and sound have the power to change the way people think, feel and behave. Let's talk about which approach is the right one for you.
Max De Lucia
Co-Founder
The story goes that Max once became entangled in a light fracas near The Ivy. Some say this was the moment DLMDD was formed. He tinkles the ivories and has an unhealthy obsession with car restorations.
Greg Moore
Co-Founder
Greg has lived, breathed and mastered SAS hostile environment training. He is cool as a cucumber, rock solid on a bass-line and is never happier than on a trip on the A12 to the Suffolk coastline.
Sascha Darroch-Davies
Co-Founder
Sascha turned the key in the DLMDD ignition over pizza, beer and the occasional bit of Sushi in Soho. He hits a vigorous beat and once famously threw James Blunt off a cliff.
Jeremy Paterson
Co-Founder
Born in Somerset, raised in Loughborough but made in Manchester. Jeremy journeyed into the world of music through many a late night at The Haçienda. Today he is Peterborough's best rail customer.
Head of Agency Business
AKA 'Uncle Vibes' - Jeremy is the sugariest, smoothest and sweetest man...and that's before you've heard him behind the decks. If he's not making the Groucho boogie, he's on a Lime bike making the magic happen.
Senior Brand Music Consultant
Always delivering the craic, Erin drives our branding clients towards making iconic work. She is also the founder of a cappella collective ChoirCo and has been known to bring her own condiments to a team pizza.
Senior Music Supervisor
Hearing Lizz pronounce the words Negroni Sbagliato is like a soundtrack to the Amalfi coast. Soundtracks are her name. Negroni is her game. And she is rarely ever seen without a pair of headphones.
Music Supervisor
Rob makes things happen at DLMDD, from managing projects to keeping composers in the loop. He’s always got a coffee in hand, and a plan in mind. And if there’s a pub quiz, don’t bet against him, especially if lemons are involved.
Creative Music Consultant
There aren’t many people who can say they’ve played orchestral grime at Glastonbury. But Pasha can. And if that wasn’t enough, she’s shaping the London Philharmonic as a Next Generation Board Member.
Financial Controller
You will not beat Gillian at karaoke. Tone, timbre and dedication to the performance are second to none. And that's before you've seen what's possible with an Excel spreadsheet. Gillian makes the numbers sing.
Executive Assistant
Laura is the DLMDD research queen, keeping the wheels turning while armed with coffee and a perfectly curated playlist. When she’s not at work, you’ll find her performing jazz or deep in music chats.
